Also, her dress really is quite pink, isn’t it? Hmmm….It’s wizard magic. This one seems v. pink, though I think that’s partly to do with the “stage lighting.” I can’t quite recall, but I think she might wear a less glittery dress when she’s not on stage? :-/
It’s been a few months since I watched it, I’ll admit. But when you compare it with her hair, it is more of a pinkish red than a true red. And yes, her dress only sparkles when it’s on stage. The reason for this is that it took many months for them to animate the sparkles for this small scene and they realised they didn’t have the time or budget to do that for the rest of the film so they left it plain everywhere else.
How could I not reblog? This *WAS* on my list of cosplays, but I’m starting to change my mind, she really does look like too much of a hassle to pull off convincingly.
